THE BLAZER

The Victoria is a casual blazer featuring 3/4 length sleeves, a turned up French seamed cuff and side seam pockets, with cropped and sleeveless variations. Designed with a generous amount of ease for a laid back style, this blazer is the perfect throw-it-over-everything wardrobe staple.

Multi-sized sewing pattern from UK 6 / US 2 up to UK 20 / US 16

Light to medium weight woven fabrics with a bit of body will work best, such as cotton, linen, chambray, wool crepe, flannel, soft denim, wool, tweed and poplin. Stable knits such as ponte or double knits would also be great. For the lining, lightweight wovens are best, such as 100% cotton lawn or quilting cotton.

VICTORIA

Fashion design graduate and pattern cutting geek Victoria is a proper born and bred south London gal. On the rare occasion when you can get her out of her beloved black she can be found mostly in block jewel tones partnered with big bold jewellery. Oh yes, and do not expect to ever see her in anything less than a punchy pair of four inch heels. Though armed with a wicked sense of humour and a loud laugh, don't be fooled, she can talk tough when required. That said, if you want to freak her out just show her some jelly - this young woman has a (weird) phobia of wobbly foodstuffs! A natural born saleswoman, she's prone to musing that her actual calling in life is manning a market stall. However, we know this is just talk, and see the brightest of jet-setting lights in this city girl's future. And, if she gets her way (which she will), a condo overlooking a palm-lined beach.
